Red Chilli Extract is extracted from red chilli. Its main composition is capsanthin, capsorubin and capsaicin. It is light-resistant, hot-resistant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant. It is extracted by food-grade solvent and it is safe for the food coloring additive and condiment.

Uses and methods
Extensively applied to pungency food, condiment, pickles, canned food etc. Mixed with edible oil or put in directly as the additive quantity required. In the practical use it should be mixed gradually then evenly with other liquid.

Packed in ethylene food bucket, 1kg, 5kg, 10kg, 20kg each, PVF food bucket for 200Ls only, may also be packed as per the customer.
Storage:
Sealed completely, avoid light, place in low temperature and dry environment. Do not store and transport with other harmful materials.
