Exclusively obtained with traditional vinification operations and in the rigorous respect of the country culture, it is without additional substances to get a ready product in brief times, with aromas and artificial tastes, practically "embalmed" to condition the natural maturation of the wine. Besides, as suitable in label, the Wine is not filtered: this preserves the Taste and the traditional product, even it  could happen sometimes to find some remaining in the bottom. To appreciate it better  we  advise you to taste it to the correct temperature, to uncork it at least  before a half-hour  it, to pour it with caution, better  if aerated in a decanter.
Technique of production: manual picked up of the Grape in boxes, maceration of the peels with the must for 4-5 days.
Manual Pressing with press. Sharpened at least 2 years in stainless steel and then in bottle.
Intense red colour with ruby-purplish reflexes.
Intense and elegant perfumes of berries (blackberry, mulberry, cherry).
Full and dry taste, balanced and very well structured, which softly caresses the palate with winning tastes, with a long and persistent final.
Alcoholic gradation 14% vol.
