Description Different as ripe puerh tea(fermented puerh tea), sheng puerh tea is unfermented. In some catagories, sheng puerh tea is divided into green tea. "Sheng puerh tea" refers to Pu-erh tea which is aged slowly by natural fermentation without going through the stacking process. The process of natural aging is relatively slow, taking at least 5-8 years before it is suitable for drinking. Sheng puerh tea is the closest way to the original tea making.
