WINEYARD:

It is in July 2010 that Hermine, in place since 2004, replaced his father. Since 1985 the father was managing the small family-owned estate as four generations before him. The 6 hectares Chateau de Bellegrave is located at Saint Sulpice de Faleyrens, 2 kilometers in the south of Saint-Emilion. Soil: sand gravel. Yield 45 Hl / Ha.

VINIFICATION: After stemming, about 3 weeks vatting and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aged 18 months in oak barrel (50 % new and 50 % of two years old).
