It is in July 2010 that Hermine, in place since 2004, replaced his father. Since 1985 the father was managing the small family-owned estate as four generations before him. VINIFICATION: After stemming, about 3 weeks vatting and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aged 18 months in oak barrel (50 % new and 50 % of two years old).
