The oil is made in our own mill, according to the local tradition handed down from our ancestors, combined with strict quality standards.

Olives are carefully harvested and pressed within hours of picking for a fresher taste and top   quality oil.

CHARACTERISTICS:

Green colour
Intense aromas and fruitiness
Herbaceous notes
Notes of tomato, apple, green almond and freshly cut grass
Very well balanced
Distinct bitterness and peppery finish, typical freshness of Picual variety.
High content in oleic acid, polyphenols and antioxidants.

 

HARVESTING PERIOD:  The olives are picked up between November and early December
OIL EXTRACTION:   Cold pressed (with temperature lower than 27°C) and filtered.
100% NATURAL:   Genuine olive oil JUICE

Obtained solely by mechanical means:  crushing, malaxing, centrifuge, decantation.
