flowery (hints of Cherry and strawberry). The taste is very soft, fresh and
persistent.
Pairings: It’s ideal with hors d’oeuvres, main course meals, white meats, fish soup and fresh cheese.
VINIFICATION:
the grapes are crushed and destemmed; the juice is clarified
through settling cold overnight and then inoculated with selected pure yeast.
