SoyEx 12 is a non-gm defatted toasted soy protein that exists in granular size grits. It is an excellent source of protein and can be used as a meat replacer, cereal product, bakery product, soy sauce and also to fortify protein content of many food products.
Produced in a plant that has been audited and approved for the manufacturing of non gm soybean products, we are able to comply to the strictest non gm labeling requirement of the European Union (EU). As part of our Quality Assurance Program on Food Safety, we conduct full safety tests which includes the screening of pesticides residues, mycotoxins, pathogens and heavy metals on our raw materials and finished products.
