The powder is manufactured by way of pressing the juice out of spruce shoots which is then freeze dried (lyophilization method) in order to preserve the taste, smell and value content of the juice. It takes 1,8 – 2 kg of spruce shoots to produce 100 g of powder. EcoSpruce juice powder is innovative because we use up to third and fourth year shoots that contain all resources required to stand up to the harsh climatic conditions of the north. Therefore, spruce shoot juice contains more vitamins, antioxidants, trace elements, chlorophyll, and other natural elements than any other similar spruce product.
