This private label wine is produced in South Western (Riverina) region of New South Wales-Australia, well reknown for its quality wines. For the production of this wine ,   t he Shiraz fruit was selected to enhance the berry and spice component of this wine and the Dolcetto ‘the little sweet one’ provides the cherry Flavours. The Shiraz and Dolcetto were co-fermented by being cold soaked on skins for 48 hours to enhance the sweet fruit flavours and aromas. When the desired sugar level was reached, fermentation was arrested to retain natural sweetness and sweet berry fruit flavours.

An array of ripe summer berry fruits with natural Grape sweetness balanced by soft tannins.
