1. Pour the Tan-tan men soup into a stainless steel bowl then separate 40ml into a different bowl.                  2. Pour 360ml of heated chicken soup stock into the bowl.                                                                          3. Mix them well.                                                                                                                                    4. Cook the noodles and drain them, then place into another bowl.                                                               5. Add 3g of grounded white sesame.                                                                                                       6. Add 5g of chili oil.                                                                                                                             *** Serve with Bok-Choy, spring onion and “Nikumiso” as toppings.


 

♦ Easy way to make Nikumiso using " Ninniku miso (E-957)" 

You can make “Nikumiso” to fry with this sauce and pork minces.



1. Put the lard as required into a heated wok.                                                                                            2. Prepare 60g of pork mince in a bowl.                                                                                                     3. Put pork minces into the wok and stir fry.                                                                                              4. Put 10g of "Ninniku miso (E-957)" into the wok.                                                                                     5. Stir fry until the sauce and mince are well combined.                                                                              6. You can serve the Nikumiso on a Tan-tan men as topping.
