   1. Product Description:

 

This drilling starch particle doesn't contain apparent crystallization, abtained through reaction with etherifying agent under alkaline conditions and quick drying under high temperature. It dissolves and swells in cold water and form paste liquid of certain concentration. It’s non-toxic, pollution-free, easily degradable and environment-friendly.

 

2. Scope of Application:

 

This drilling starch is applicable for PRD mud system for both reservoir and non-reservoir interval.

 

3.Key Feature:

This drilling starch is anionic starch ether, having good fluid loss control effect, strong anti-salt, anti-high temperature and anti-sloughing effect. This product is applicable for saturated salt water drilling fluid system, affecting little to mud rheology, non-tackifying and compatible with other additives.

 

4.Usage:

It can be directly added in drilling fluid at a relatively slow speed. It can also be used to prepare compound solution with other additives for mud treatment or performance maintenance. The common dosage is 1%~3%.

 

5.Application Temperature:

The application temperature of this drilling starch cannot exceed 140°C.

 

6.application

 

It is widely used in noodle, chip, sauce, jam, Peanut coating and so on.

It is also occasionally used in the preparation of pre-packed grated cheese, to reduce sweating and binding.

It is also used in technical applications as wallpaper adhesive, for textile finishing and textile sizing, in paper coating and sizing and as an adhesive in paper sacks and gummed tape.
