DESCRIPTION
Unikzyme HTA70 is a liquid α-amylase derived from a strain of Bacillus stearothermophilus. Typical application areas for Unikzyme HTA70 include starch sugar, alcohol, brewing, monosodium glutamate, organic acid, textile, dye & printing, papermaking and other fermentation industries.
Effect of pH
Unikzyme HTA70 is active over a wide rang between pH5.0-10.0, and the optimum pH is 6.0-6.5.
Effect of Temperature
The optimum temperature for Unikzyme HTA70 is 90°C, liquefy increase when in 95-97°C, it still maintain a considerable activity at 100°C. When in spray liquid, the instantaneous temperature up to 105-110°C, and on starch at about 95°C.
BENEFITS
1.High activity, small dosage .
2.Hydrolyze starch and hepatin.
3.Calcium salts exert a stabilizing effect on the enzyme in starch slurry.
DOSAGE
Brewing: 0.2L/ton (based on auxiliary material);
Alcohol: 0.2L/ton;
Starch, monosodium glutamate: 0.3 L/ton.
STORAGE
Store at 4-10°C, in unopened and sealed original containers.
