Angel Gluco-AmylaseDTF-03,  DTF-04 includes high activity Gluco-amylase and Pullulanase with widerange pH, thermal stability, composite according to a proper proportion.

Gluco-amylase is derived through extraction and refinement from the Aspergillus niger, with high enzyme activity and glucose conversion. Pullulanase is derived from Bacillus subtilis, which canhydrolyze liquefied starch of alpha -D-1,6 glucoside bounds to straight chain dextrinrapidly.Cooperation with high efficiency, it can convert the starch into glucose.
