- Particle size: Not more than 75% through 250μm mesh sieve.

- Tapped density: 0.65 – 0.85

- Identification: Reaction of Allium sativum.

- Loss on drying: Max 3.0%

- Pesticide: Passed

- Observation: Passed

- Microbial contamination: Must comply with limit as follow:

            + Total number of aerobic bacteria: Max 10.000 cfu/gram.

            + Total number of yeast and fungi: Max 100 cfu/gram

            + Escherichia coli: Negative

            + Pseudomonas aeruginosa: Negative

            + Staphylococcus aureus: Negative

            + Enterobacteria: Max 500 cfu/gram.

            - In Food supplement: Garlic powder combined with Curcuma longa powder is used for reducing cholesterolemia, regulate triglyceridemia. Help as a prophulactic against atherosclerosis.
