Whey Protein Concentrate making operations plant's processing equipment incorporates the latest in Cheese making and Whey Processing technology. Much of the Lactose, fat and impurities are removed by Ultra-filtration to give a high protein 80% concentrate and 35% protein that also exhibits extraordinary health and immune enhancing properties.
WPC is achieved through a special process of coating WPC granules with a small amount of Lecithin – allowing the WPC to mix faster and more completely – giving you faster uptake and more growth
