The running process of water filling machine as follows: Bottles are fed into the filling machine under the action of the wind by air conveyor. Neck of the bottle is stuck into the intermediate star wheel, which makes bottles connect with rinse clips during the rotation. The rinse clips grip neck of bottles, which makes bottles rotate along the particular track. First, the bottle is turned 180 degrees, which makes bottle mouth down. There is flush valve on each clip in the water filling machine. When the bottle is rotated to a specific position, the flush valve will be automatically opened to rinse inside of bottle. After empty bottles drip dry, they are turned 180 degrees once again to make bottles mouth up. Rinse step of water filling machine is completed. Then bottle is transmitted to filling part of water filling machine by the star wheel. Gravity filling valve is mounted blew the liquid cylinder. By adjusting the depth which filling valve port inserts bottle, to achieve filling of a given liquid level, to ensure that the liquid level of each bottle is within a predetermined range. At the outlet of filling part in the water filling machine, there is a detecting device. When it detects a bottle, a cap is released, to avoid capping malfunction.
