Water immersion high temperature retort machine

Application:
A full functional autoclave is applicable to all kinds of high temperature resistant packaging material.

Advantages:
1. Uniform flow mode, temperature uniformity, exchange without blind angle. Adopting new designed liquid flow transfer device, process water constantly circulates as up, down, left, and right which realizes the stable temperature control within±0.5℃ to avoid cooking excessive or not thorough sterilization.
2. For flexible packaging products especially the large packaging, the use of double-tanks promotes the water circulation and makes the sterilization result thorough.
3. The sterilization process by computer PLC control. Automatic valve from single sterilization process can switch into multi-stage sterilization process. A digital display temperature and pressure can be applicable to any products of various pressure mode and temperature model programmed in the computer.
4. The computer can be stored 100 sterilization formula, in order to choose to use. And the whole sterilization process auto-completes strictly in accordance with the preset technical formula which has multilevel password to eliminate the possibility of disoperation.
5. After power recovery, procedure will automatically recover to the preceding state before failure.
6. Measure F value function. Sumpot company production of each autoclave are configurable F value measurement. F value software a has a F value calculation every 3 seconds. All data including the sterilization condition, F value, time and temperature curve shall be saved and printed.
