Features of new model concentrating equipment
1.The diversion trench circulative evaporation technology is adopted:Compared with traditional structure,the evaporation
efficiency is increased by about 15%.Meanwhile,it can effectively prevent bubbles from being produced during material evaporation and can avoid foam entrainment.
2.The flat bottom evaporation technology is adopted:Compared with traditional conical bottom evaporation technology,the equipment structure is more compact and the operation height is greatly reduced so that the dual-effect 3000 concentrator can easiIy complete observation and operation without the need of using the platform,but the traditional 1000 concentrator can be operated only after the platform is used.
3.The plate type heat exchanger condensing and cooling technology is adopted:Compared with the original tubular structure,it can achieve a solvent recovery rate of 95% and an increased vacuum diameter.The concentrating temperature does not increased vacuum diameter.The concentrating temperature does not increase and the equipment has compact structure.
Accessories:
The tank is equipped with CIP cleaning automatic rotating spray ball, temperature gauge, pressure gauge, explosion-proof sight glass lamp, sight glass, quickopening feeding port, etc., to ensure easy operation and meet GMP standards. The inner cylinder of the equipment is made of 304 and 316L.
Double effect concentrator is suitable for low temperature vacuum concentration of heat sensitive materlals such as traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, glucose, wine making, starch, oral liquld, chemical industry, food, monosodium glutamate, dairy products.
