Best Malz Aromatic German malt is a mildly kilned malt that will add a strong malt aroma and deep color when used as a specialty malt.
Usage:When used at a rate of up to 10% will add an exaggerated malt aroma and FLAVOR to the finished Ales and Lagers. Can be used up to 100% but this malt is low in diastatic enzymes.
