Bio Cretan Myron is a product of superior quality, extracted directly mechanically from the crushed olives of the specie “Koroneiki” queen of the Greek species. The olives are usually harvested from November to late February; the olive oil is always stored in stainless steel tanks where it undergoes a natural filtration that reacts to foreign substances and humidity. Bio Cretan Myron is always naturally filtered available for its consumers.
The average acidity of Bio Cretan Myron is always between 0.3% and 0.4% max. From the moment that the olive tree has undergone no diseases, is not additional irrigated and that the olives are crushed immediately after harvest it will reach a low acidity.
