Aromatic product obtained through soaking of Extra Virgin Olive Oil ‘Vieiru’ from indigenous olive variety Manzanilla Cacereña who is cultivated in our region (north of Extremadura, Spain) and boletus edulis . It mixes the health properties of extra virgin olive oil and boletus: antioxidant, flu remedy and rich in vitamins B (fortifying nails and hair).
Uses for cooking : fishes and meats (specially game).
