Presenting a complete line of fresh Emilia cheeses: Fresh Ricotta made from a blend of cow's and sheep's milk or 100% sheep's milk, wih the "Monte Cusna" brand; the "Monte Cusna Caciotta" made from cow's and sheep's milk, with a smooth, white, slightly elastic interior and mild flavor; 'Pecorino Monte Cusna', made of sheep's milk, with a straw-colored interior with a few holes and a distinct flavor. Completing the range is the "Colli di Scandiano" Caciotta Dolce, made of cow's milk, with a thin rind, soft white interior and creamy flavor.
