This is a new range of typical oils from different regions of Italy (Umbria, Tuscany, Sicily and Apulia) obtained from the most precious varietes of olives and characterized by pleasant fruity flavours and fragrances. The astounding characteristics of all these oils are such to deserve the recognition of Denomination of Protected origin (D.O.P.) and Protected Geographical Indication (IGP) from the European Union.
They are particularly indicated for a raw use especially on fresh or grilled vegetables, grilled meat and fish, and in general for dressings and finishing.
