Aromatic product obtained through soaking of Extra Virgin Olive Oil ‘Vieiru’ from indigenous olive variety Manzanilla Cacereña who is cultivated in our region (north of Extremadura, Spain) and stick Cinnamon . It mixes the health properties of extra virgin olive oil and cinnamon: beneficial for digestive, respiratory and circulatory systems.
Uses for cooking : pastas, toast and desserts (rice pudding).
