Aromatic product obtained through soaking of Extra Virgin Olive Oil ‘Vieiru’ from indigenous olive variety Manzanilla Cacereña who is cultivated in our region (north of Extremadura, Spain) and Coffee Beans . It mixes the health properties of extra virgin olive oil and coffee: great diuretic, antioxidant and analgesic.
Uses for cooking : fishes, sauces and desserts (ice creams).
