The E.A.S. Lakonia selects the virgin olive oils from local olive presses, stores it in stainless reservoirs and bottles it with stainless instruments, so as to are maintained the splendid flavour and their perfume.
The whole process of production and standardisation has been checked by organism TUV Management Service, has been certified for its quality by ISO-9001 (more for the certifications that has received the Union of Rural Cooperatives Lakonia, reads in the paragraph qualitative specifications).
