Associazione A.P.O. - C.N.O.
The association has 20,000 members and belongs to the National Consortium of Olive Growers. Its activity basically consists of: disseminating innovations to contribute to developing the professional know-how of the associated producers; exploiting the quality products of the members in order to promote new and more healthy eating habits in the consumers and at the same time guaranteeing as far as possible a more adequate income for the associated producers; concentrating the product offer by promoting the use of rational storage techniques and establishing suitable groups for commercial contracting; collective purchasing of technical production means by organising their demand.
