Was developed in Israel specifically for the modern orchard. The oil is smooth and delicate with a grassy aroma, similar to some of the finer European oils, but with a fiery finish. Excellent on salads or anywhere a lighter olive oil flavor followed by some spiciness is preferred.
1 Tbsp of Halutza Extra Virgin Olive Oil has 3.3 mg of tocopherols and 2.5 mg of polyphenols both antioxidants.
