To guarantee your peace of mind and our reputation, our samples are accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity (CA) from NATA accredited laboratories. Our oils have an FFA of 4 and a peroxide level less than 8 with polyphenols levels ranging between 180 and 280 making it a truly world class extra virgin olive oil. We are capable of customizing taste profiles from pungent and peppery to our famous aromatic fresh and fruity varietal.

Olive Co. is a respected and recognised exporter of Olive Oil with 20 years' experience in the Olive Oil industry and backed by a network of olive groves and processing facilities in all major regions of Australia. Available volume is in excess of 12 million litres per annum and growing. We are a serious and substantial supplier, capable of maintaining long-term supply of premium quality E.V.O.O.
