T he authentic olive oil is determined by its green color and its intense flavor of olive. Greece has by far the largest per capita consumption of olive oil worldwide, over 26 litters per year and in the Global Market Country’s p roduction reaches the astonishing figure of 18 percent. Our production comes from freshly collected olives, grown in our Country for thousand of years. We collect olives the traditional methods, or in other words, by hand, and in slopping or other inaccessible areas by olive sticks. Our presses extract all labels of olive oils as they are listed below:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil containing 0,5% - 0,8% acidity
Virgin Olive Oil containing 0,8% - 1,0% acidity
Pure Olive Oil containing 1,0% - 1,5% acidity
Pomace Olive Oil containing 0% acidity for cooking
Bulk packaging in Plastic Drums, Flexi- tanks and Tankers is possible on request.
