Delicre Ultra Premium Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an low acidity (0.2-0.5max) limited production Olive Oil which is produced from olive trees Koroneiki and Manaki that are cultivated exclusively with traditional methods.
The Koroneiki variety of Olives are exclusively hand picked from a property 30 km west of Kalamata, in the prefecture of Messinia ,southern Greece and the Manaki variety at Argolis perfecture of Peloponnese.
The sweet climate of the region, the ideal altitude of 400m and the lime rich ground are favourable conditions for the cultivation of olives.
Harvested by hand in November to December, as has been done for a 1,000 years.
The oil is produced at a certified mill at extra low temperatures and allowed to distill naturally for 2 months before being carefully bottled
