Aromatic product obtained through soaking of Olive+Oil-p1.html" target='_blank'>Extra Virgin Olive Oil ‘Vieiru’ from indigenous olive variety Manzanilla Cacereña who is cultivated in our region (north of Extremadura, Spain) and three peppers (black, white and pink). It mixes the health properties of extra virgin olive oil and pepper: antioxidants, beneficial for varicose vains and anticarcinogenic.
Uses for cooking : pastas, meats and salads.
