VINIFICATION AND AGEING: Cold maceration, soft pressing,

fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. It

ages 3 months in a 100% stainless steel tank, then 3 months

in the bottle.

SENSORY PROFILE

COLOUR: crystal yellow, straw-like, with green reflections.

AROMA: an intense perfume of acacia and grapefruits.

TASTE: with fresh acidity, medium structure, elegant and

persistent.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12-14° C

OUR NOTES AND FOOD MATCHING

Grapes grown on hilly Volcanic soils close to Padova are

transformed with the most modern winemaking techniques,

which give us a product rich in floral scents, and a good

structure. We recommend it with Fish dishes, light appetizers,

a good all rounder.
