Thai Panang curry (Thai Authentic Thick Curry)

 

Panang curry is a classic Thai dish that has become a Western favourite, because it packs a wallop of flavor using mostly familiar ingredients. It has a bit of kick, but it is slightly sweeter and more docile than some other curries.

No. 1. Dehydrated Herbs

No. 2. Coconut Cream Powder

No. 3. Panang Curry Paste

No. 4. Seasoning Sauce

 

Cooking Instruction:

Prepare 250 ml. of water, 120 g. of thinly sliced meat

1. Bring water, dehydrated herbs (# 1) to a boil. Simmer for ~3 mins.

2. Add coconut cream powder (# 2) and simmer for ~30 secs.

3. Add Panang Curry paste (# 3), stir gently until dissolved.

Add meat and simmer for ~1 min.

4. Add seasoning sauce (# 4), stir well. Turn off the heat.

 

Shelf Life/Storage Condition: 18 Months / Store in dry place at room temperature
