Tom Kha Kai (Coconut Cream Soup)
Literally chicken galangal soup. It is a spicy hot soup in Thai Cuisine. This soup is made with coconut milk, galangal, Lemon Grass and chicken.

No. 1. Dehydrated Herbs
No. 2. Coconut Cream Powder
No. 3. Seasoning

Cooking Instruction:
Prepare 450 ml. of water, 80g.of thinly sliced chicken and 80g of
mushrooms (optional)
1. Bring water, dehydrated herbs (# 1) and mushrooms to a boil.
Simmer for ~5 mins.
2. Add chicken and simmer for ~15 seconds.
3. Add coconut cream powder (# 2), stir gently until dissolved.
Turn off the heat.
4. Add the rest of the packages (# 3, # 4, # 5), stir well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
