Thai Red Curry
One of the most famous Thai dishes among Thai food lover is Red Curry. It is not as spicy as it looks. Even less spicy that Green Curry. It is simply good with many kind of meat such as chicken, roast duck or shrimp.

No. 1. Dehydrated Herbs
No. 2. Coconut Cream Powder
No. 3. Red Curry Paste

Cooking Instruction:
Prepare 350 ml. of water, 150 g. of thinly sliced chicken,
80 g. of cherry tomatoes (optional).
1. Bring water, dehydrated herbs (# 1) and tomatoes to a boil.
Simmer for ~3 mins.
2. Add coconut cream powder (# 2) and simmer for ~2 mins.
3. Add Red Curry paste (# 3), stir gently until dissolved.
Add chicken and simmer for ~45 secs.
4. Add seasoning sauce (# 4), stir well. Turn off the heat.
Shelf Life/Storage Condition: 18 Months / Store in dry place at room temperature
