RisoPap R 850P (SF) is a protease, purified papain enzyme. The enzyme hydrolyses proteins to yield peptides and amino acids and as a consequence protein-tannin complexes are not formed. It is active against high molecular weight proteins hydrolysing them to peptides chains and amino acids.
RisoPap R 850P (SF) has very low sulphur content as SO 2 and is characterised to have low odour.

RisoPap R 850P (SF) should be stored in a cool dry place. When stored below 15 ° C RisoPap R 850P (SF) will maintain its declared activity for at least 12 months.
RisoPap R 850P (SF) is available in 25 kg drum. Special packaging is also available on request.
Safety & Handling
Inhalation of enzyme dust and mists should be avoided. In case of contact with skin or eyes, promptly wash with water for 10 – 15 minutes. We shall be pleased to provide guide to enzyme handling procedure.
