The main functional factor of TG is Transglutaminase,for different application, we have different type, different TG activity content and the carrier form different series of TG product.
TG-D is used in dairy and milk application.
1) TG-D can reduce costs by replacing/reducing the added Protein Powder and/or stabilizers.
2) TG-D will increase the viscosity/gel strength of both stirred and set yoghurt.
3) TG-D will reduce syneresis and gives a smooth surface.
4) TG-D can improve creaminess in low fat yoghurt.
