Water bottling machine is also known as 3 in 1 filling machine. It mainly includes three big functions: rinsing, filling, capping. Its working process is as follows: by the air conveyor, the empty bottles are fed into water filling machine by the impetus of the wind. The transmission of empty bottles mainly rely on the intermediate star wheel. The main drive is under the water bottling machine. To be driving by the main motor drives the meshing gear. In the star wheel action, first, the empty bottles are transferred to the rinsing part of water bottling machine to be rinsing in the interior of the bottles. The rinsing device mainly consists of running rail, rinsing clamps, rotating disk. The rinsing clamps grip the bottles mouth and 360 degrees rotate along the running rail. In the rotation process, the empty bottles successively complete the following actions: ①the empty bottles are inverted 180 degrees to make bottles mouth down. ②the jet heads on the rinsing clamps of water bottling machine open automatically to rinse the interior of bottles. ③the jet heads close automatically to complete rinsing. ④the mouth of the empty bottles is remained down to drain the water inside the bottles. ⑤the empty bottles are inverted 180 degrees again to make bottles mouth up to complete the rinsing step. And then, the empty bottles having been rinsed are transferred to the filling part of water bottling machine by the intermediate star wheel. The support guides stuck the bottle's neck and 360 degrees rotate along the rail like cam-shaped to make bottles mouth slowly move up to contact with the sealed gasket under the filling valve until it opens the filling valve. To be filling by the liquid gravity and to adjust filling liquid level by adjusting the distance between return gas pipe of filling valve and bottles mouth. The water bottling machine is known as gravity and positioning filling equipment in this industry. When the bottles are rotated to a certain position, the liquid reaches the specified location of bottles mouth to complete the filling. Immediately, bottles mouth with support guides slowly move down along the rail to make bottles leave the filling valves. Finally, by the star wheel, the bottles having been filled are successively transferred to the capping part of water bottling machine. This part mainly consists of caps sorting device, caps slide, capping device. The caps having been sterilized are transferred to the caps sorting device by the caps elevator. After finishing, the caps successively enter into the slide. Into or out of the caps is controlled by electromagnetic valve at the outlet of chute. There is a detection device in a position between filling and capping to detect whether there is a filled bottle going through it. Its purpose is: to come in a bottle, to send a cap, to avoid malfunction.
