Maltodextrin produced by Dong Xiao biotechnology has good fluidity and solubility with proper viscosity , no odor and almost no sweet taste . Its low water absorbability leads to difficult agglomeration . Maltodextrin is the carrier for sweeteners , aromatize r, stuffing , which contributes to improve the structure of food. It can be well absorbed by human body, so that it is often applied in food for patient and infant.
