Red Wine luggiano Red Wine I.G.T. from the famous Vinci country, small area elevated at 150m on sea level in the heart of Tuscany.
This Tuscany Red Wine I.G.T. is produced with Grapes variety : Predominantly Sangiovese with changeable additions to Colorino Grapes of Valdelsa.
Winemaking's method : The Alcoholic fermentation is conducted in tanks of stainless at 26 - 28°C of temperature for 15 days to maceration on the peels using a technique of replacement. Afterwards the Wine is refined in a tank of stainless with recurrent decanting during the periode of maturation thet lasts 6-8 months accompanied by 2-3 months of aging in the bottle, before the commerce.
Alcohol content in the Wine 13% vol.
Nose : Ruby red color is previded by a good body and a good persistent perfume with a note of Cherry and spices. The taste is soft, fresch and agreeably balanced.
Gastronomy : In Tuscany's tradition this Wine is consumed with red meats and roasts but also with first courses and cheeses.
