Juice obtained from the mechanical extraction of ripe pineapples, concentrated to 60 ° Brix by removing water under high vacuum, with amber coloration characteristic of the variety of fruit used, typical smell of fresh fruit  properly processed, any foreign odor and flavour of fresh pineapple juice properly processed, no strange flavours.
