A selection of a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot coming from the characteristic and unique area between Lazio and Umbria

The vineyards are located between Rome and Florence, in the Umbria region, at an altitude of about 450 metres a.s.l.
This blend between Cabernet Franc(70%) and Merlot (30%) gives a very interesting product, structured and in the same time, soft , pronounced to the nose, with refined scent of brushwood, Cherries and spiced, all softened by elegant French oak barrels
Malolattic in barriques, ageing in barriques for 15 months, refining in bottle for about 3 years
Pairing with red meat, roast and game
