From the vineyard on the “Ipodromos” mountainside, with stony clay soil and at an altitude of 630m, a noble and refreshing
white Wine is produced from the great variety Assyrtiko, that perfectly behaves in the warm and dry weather conditions of
Crete.
A very pleasant nose of discreet Lemon flowers that bond well with the light smoky tones of the oak barrel. Balanced, with
a typical minerality and a Crisp acidity, it is an ideal accompaniment for fish and seafood. Served very cool, at 8 - 10 Ï C.
