Sanwei’s SW7003-Concentrated Soy Protein is a Food Grade soy protein concentrate with high functional properties.
It is made from Non-gmo quality soybean and can provide good functionality in system where water binding
and Emulsification properties are needed.
2. Applications:
Widely used in meat process like emulsified meat( sausage, burgers), Surimi Analogs,
Coarse ground meat system, Frozen Food products and vegetable food.
