Yield: 35 hl/ha. Reasonable cropping; Weeds are controlled in a mechanical way (hoeing-machine). Ploughing is practiced several times in the year with various depths according to the case.
Winemaking: Grapes are gathered manually in small crates, and then selected though a Conveyor belt. Steeped and squeezed with grape skin at a low temperature (3°C). Clarification and fermentation are carried out at a low temperature. The wine is matured for 8 months in wine barrel.
Serving Temperature: Around 12°C, it is appreciated when the wine is young.
Food Pairings: “Vacqueyras Blanc”, as an appetizer wine, accompanies harmoniously with scallop, European seabass baked in salt and ripe cheese.
Tasting: This wine smells fine and elegant with a mix of white flowers, juicy white fruits, butter and vanilla. In the mouth, there is an intense aroma of fruits and flowers. This is a well-balanced and delicacy wine with a fresh finish.
