Appellation: Nebbiolo d'Alba D.O.C.
Grape: 100% Nebbiolo.
Vinification technique: Traditional, followed by 8 months ageing in 25 hl Slovenian oak barrels.
Description: A variety of red tones that veer from intense to subtle shades: brilliant ruby red that turns to deep burgundy with ageing. Bouquet: diaphanous but intense, this wine opens up slowly to release delightful impressions of wild violet and ripe morello cherry. Flavour: harmonious and intense aroma, fragrant and delicate; mellow tones of cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry jam with a lingering aftertaste of spicy liquorice.
Serve at a temperature of : 16° - 18° °C.
